Dr. Schwartz established a new oversight Ombuds office to expedite International Ombuds Association operations. He is involved in drafting and securing the approval of the charter, attending to individual visitors, facilitating or moderating group meetings, and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of International Ombuds Association operations.
He is also in charge of meeting with university leadership and responsible personnel to discuss systemic issues and climate change.
