The deal between Austrian Gaming Industries GmbH and TCS John Huxley Ltd ends in 2015
One of the leaders in producing gambling software, Austrian Gaming Industries GmbH (AGI) has informed about their decision to stop collaborating with UK TCS John Huxley Ltd Company in distribution and selling of Novomatic’s electronic table game, which are also called multiplayer games.
The end of the collaboration will be the 31st July, 2015, as it was informed by the Austrians.
The background of such a decision remained unknown, as there is no answer to the email requesting extra details on this matter.
According to AGI’s words, “As and from August, 2015 AGI will fully manage all international sales and distribution of its multiplayer product range simply, through its subsidiary companies in some cognizance and through sure distribution partners in peculiar markets. TCS John Huxley will still possess access to software and spare parts support, with the aid of AGI approved local channels, for this NOVOMATIC (Book of Ra) games and thus could supply related services in sure designated markets.”
The Sales Director at AGI Mr Jens Einhaus admitted, “AGI is ready to thank TCS John Huxley for its long commitment to NOVOMATIC and its market leading multiplayer products. While conditions now dictate that AGI will now lead commercial responsibility for these products back ‘in house’, the length of our co-operation with TCS John Huxley and the first-rate connections that our groups have participated have been a major factor in the success of NOVOMATIC multiplayer products throughout the world. For that I’d like to express our thanks for the superb professional attitude that AGI has pleased us over the years with TCS John Huxley.”
